Business Description

My grandma noticed me terrorizing the weight set in her basement. I wanted to be a big strong guy. Don't ask me why, I had older siblings that I was trying to keep up with, I was tired of getting my butt kicked, and I wanted to be useful ... maybe those have something to do with it. But In 1997 my grandma gave me a book on Strength & Conditioning and a universe opened. I've been obsessed with the workings of the body ever since. My curiosity has never been satisfied. Physical Therapy was tough on my heart. I found myself repeating the same thing to these little old ladies with knee/hip replacements that if they'd just met me 20years prior, they wouldn't be in so much pain. Training D1 football players was boring. For the most part it's the same thing each day. However, it was a blessing in disguise. Most people in the fitness industry start in the middle and branch out. I went to the ends of the spectrums and came back, giving me unique and well rounded perspectives.
