Business Description

I am co-owner and steward of the Gracetree mission and vision. I became Reiki Level I attuned in 2003 and Level II in 2004. The student was ready and Cincinnati Yoga School offered its first local Teacher Training with Shashank Lakhia and Will Brashear. Since completing my 200-hour training in 2007. I can only call my classes "eclectic" and strive to connect yoga philosophy and practice to direct application in today's world. I am also a retired registered nurse.

I am co-owner and steward of the Gracetree mission and vision. My experience as a yoga teacher and my studies in Buddhist and Hindu psychologies very closely parallel the principles of my classical Western psychotherapy training, in which I have 19 years of experience. I obtained my advanced yoga teacher training and yoga therapy certification in July of 2015.
