Business Description

When I went to my first Svaroopa yoga class in 2003 I felt as though I had "come home". It felt so natural and left me feeling so wonderfully stress-free that I knew I had to share this with others.

I began teaching Svaroopa yoga in 2004 when I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (at the 200 hour level) with the Yoga Alliance. Since that time I have continued taking teacher training classes to reinforce and advance my teaching techniques and abilities. I have over 700 hours of teacher training and love teaching Svaroopa as much now as I did when I started over 10 years ago.
