Gathering Together Farm is a certified organic vegetable and fruit production enterprise located just south of Philomath, Oregon on Grange Hall Road. The farm began in 1987 with a mere five acres that were tilled to meet the demands of Nearly Normal's, a vegetarian restaurant the owner, John Eveland had opened with his sister and a few friends in Corvallis. After struggling to find good quality produce in the area, John took matters into his own hands and started growing organic vegetables. From the five acres, the farm has grown to 60 acres and employs about 114 people in the peak season.

Certified organic from the beginning, Gathering Together Farm grows 60 types of vegetables in over 100 varieties. The produce is sold to over 100 restaurant and retail locations, through their 350 member CSA, at many weekly farmers markets in the area, and in their own Farmstand and restaurant. The GTF Restaurant highlights fresh exquisite produce at its absolute best, and the care that goes into the produce is the same care that goes into preparing the menu. The chefs prepare menus and dishes with deep respect for the European tradition of peasant cuisine, working with their hands, making their own pasta and baking their own bread. They make pates, mousses, terrines, hams, and sausages. Some items will be familiar, and some will be an adventure, but all dishes are crafted thoughtfully with respect to the land and local businesses.

In 2003, Gathering Together Farm expanded its on-farm offerings by building its beautiful Farmstand. Originally, it was soups, salads, and pastries along with their organic produce. Now, they offer lunch, dinner, and Saturday breakfast in the flavors of Italian-influenced Northwest cuisine. It's a wonderful location for tasting some of the fruits of their labor. The season's best produce is combined with locally grown meats and regional seafood in the hands of their chef.
