Since graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 1991 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology/dance emphasis and a minor in Psychology, Kristine has not stopped learning about the art and science of human movement. Kristine explored the art of movement while dancing at a professional level for almost 15 years, and mastered the science of movement over the course of more than 17 years of experience instructing personal clientele in the health and fitness industry.
In 1994, Kristine became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the (NSCA). . From her first Pilates Mat class experience, Kristine recognized there was a way to keep fit, strengthen her core and re-align her body that waspreviously unknown to her. Kristine became a certified Pilates Instructor in 1999 with Rael Isacowitz/Body Arts and Science International (BASI). In 2006, Kristine also became a credentialed Pilates' teacher with Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
