For many years I struggled with chronic pain issues. It was disheartening to be told that there wasn't much that could be done for me. Conventional western medicine offered me pills and told me to hang on until I was 50, when I would be eligible for knee replacements. I tried different alternative therapies with mixed results. Even if I got some pain relief, I wasn't really making long-term changes in my body. I was still dependent on regular visits to a health care provider. I wanted more than a temporary fix. The PUSH therapy system gave me, for the first time, a strategy for staying healthy, active and pain-free. I finally understood the things that I was unconsciously doing that contributed to my pain. Now my goal is to help others get and stay out of pain. I want to pass that training and knowledge on to my clients, so that they can take control of their own health.
