Business Description
Donna Fisher, owner of FBH Wellness, has been teaching and training in the health and fitness field since 1990.
Donna motivates and inspires her family, friends and clients to be consistent in pursuing wellness. She taught around the world for ten years until she started a family, which is now her highest priority.
In addition, Donna worked in Occupational Therapy, specializing in pediatrics for five years before committing herself full time to fitness!
She has a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida and is certified in several different certifications including Romana's Pilates, ACE, AFAA, and biomechanics from the Cooper Center, where she was the Private Pilates Director for ten years.
A life long athlete she is inspired to continue growing in her experiences, in her professional career and in her personal ambitions.
As a Jesus follower, married 22 yrs, fierce spartan competitor, wine lover, animal advocate and mother of two Teenagers she stay active!
