Welcome to the club! Owning Fast Fitness in the Loo has been an unbelievable adventure. I am so lucky to be spending my days with crazy fabulous people who are committed to being their best selves and getting to be a part of that journey! It is like hosting a 30 minute party where we listen to fun music, sing along, and get sweaty! I get to tell stories, jokes, and preach about self-care!
I have the pleasure of working with all these amazing coaches! They teach me so much every day! I have my masters in special education, but have always had a part-time fitness job on the side since my college days and during my time in the army. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and youth exercise specialist. Owning Fast Fitness in the Loo is my dream job and I feel blessed beyond measure to be a part of such a spectacular group of people committed to being their best selves and living their best lives!
