Fallen Tree Farm B & B is a historic 20-acre horse farm and unique stone and brick farmhouse located in Carlisle, PA. The B&B is only five minutes off Interstate 81 and is situated in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. The property features three large rooms and one two-bedroom suite that are perfect for travelers seeking a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Each of the rooms at Fallen Tree Farm B & B is thoughtfully designed and furnished with amenities to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. All rooms feature queen or king-size beds, ensuite baths (showers), satellite TV, DVD players, DVD libraries, stocked mini-fridges, robes, and hair dryers. For business travelers, most rooms have a sofa and writing or laptop area, in addition to high speed wireless Internet that is available throughout the B&B. Guests can also enjoy a three-course breakfast that is included in their room rate, along with access to coffee, tea, snacks, and fresh baked goods.

The farmhouse itself is truly unique and features some of the finest examples of historical architecture. The original house had a two-story stone structure which currently houses the formal living room and the Graham Bedroom. The dining room and kitchen were also part of the structure, but the second story over these two rooms was not. James Coyle, a sixteen-year-old apprentice of carpenter Robert Graham, added an additional 70 acres to the property and expanded the actual property itself. Coyle added a second story above the dining room and kitchen and also added the summer kitchen onto the main house.
