Business Description

I was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. I played sports in high school, which is where I first developed a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I was initially a tall, skinny kid, and I decided to change my body with a goal of becoming as fit as I possibly could.For the next few years I began an intense regiment of calisthenics and weight training combined with a specialized meal plan that was high in protein to put 50 pounds of lean muscle mass on to my 6'2" frame.I became so excited that I decided to continue exercising and making it a lifestyle and a career, eventually becoming a Master Trainer.

I obtained certifications from the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also became certified in CPR and AED from the American Safety & Health Institute.I complemented my fitness training with certifications in Stretching and Kick Boxing from BFIT University and Stability Ball Core Training
