Business Description
Karin Matey is a Licensed Esthetician, Make-Up Artist and Anti- Aging Practitioner. She is a graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics, Make-Up Artistry and Massage Therapy in Boston, Massachusetts and has earned a Business Management degree from Newbury College. To further her education in Esthetics, she continued studying with the American Academy of Anti- Aging Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Karin has over 28 years of experience in the skin care profession and is always eager to share her knowledge with her clients. In addition to skincare, Karin has a love for horses and the martial arts. She is a fifth degree blackbelt in the art of Shaolin Kempo Karate and has trained her four horses from foal to Championship. To capture special experiences with her horses and the life she shares with them, she has written two books; My American Horse Family and Sebastian’s Adventures: Diary of a Champion.
