Javier and Kiki are Salsa and Bachata multiple World Champions. They have 15+ years of teaching, directing, and choreography experience and are the founders of Elemento Dance Academy.

They have built a reputation building champions in LA.

Many of their students, teams, and choreography have won championship titles for more than 15 years at the most prestigious Latin dance competitions worldwide.

They are also known for transforming beginners, without any prior dance experience, into confident social dancers and competitors.

Kiki is a certified yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic instructor. She specializes in dance conditioning and together they specialize in lifts and tricks coaching.
