Jim Ruggles started out working for his father, Eddy, in his teenage years. He worked his way up and eventually took over ownership of Eddy's Bike Shop. Over the course of many years he expanded Eddy's to five more locations. Jim works hard to keep the small-town touch in his shops; greeting customers by name or new ones with a firm handshake. You can catch him working on the service counter building bikes, making repairs, or just fixing customers flats. When he's not working, which is rare, he is putting miles on his road bike.
