Business Description

Dylan is a Fitness Specialist and offers personal training, as well as a general movement class (Monkey Business) and martial arts instruction. His training style is very detail-oriented, patient, and playful while taking you to (and then beyond) your limits. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University, multiple certifications and has helped over 1000 people improve their movement awareness and increase strength, flexibility and ability to relax. Constantly furthering and refining his own practices (competitively and recreationally) he is always experimenting, learning, applying and testing his knowledge on himself and his clients. Dylan also spends time skateboarding, bouldering, tending to his plants and simply contemplating.
