A true Colorado native, Rod grew up in a family where health and fitness were part of everyday life. They hiked. They ran. They biked. And most of all, they made it fun. Today, Rod's impressive cycling resume includes racing, coaching, dynamic bike fitting and building custom cycling orthotics.
