Business Description

I've always had a fascination with fire and when I found out I could couple it with meat; a lifelong obsession with BBQ began.

I chose to smoke meat using a real wood smoker that is hand built. Using seasoned oak, cherry, plum and hickory it leaves a flavor in the meat that you won't get using other fuel methods.

Everything smoked is given a dry rub and is left to cook without added sauces. The rub is a combination of spices and seasoning, but no msg or salt is used.

The only thing better than cooking BBQ is eating it!
