Business Description

As a dessert-lover, I was horribly disappointed when I developed a gluten intolerance in my adulthood. I decided to pursue a plant-based lifestyle for my health not long after, and realized there were no bakeries in my area that catered to my kind of dietary restrictions. I experimented with recipes to recreate what I’d grown up enjoying, and realized my love of baking! With other friends and family inhibited by similar allergies and intolerances, I made as many goods as allergy friendly as possible. From there, I had the idea of creating a bakery that would cater to dietary restrictions that weren’t being taken care of in my area. Thus, Dessert Therapy was born!
