Business Description

Kim is a third generation business owner in Cape May, NJ. She now runs the Dellas Agency as the Broker/Owner and is General Manager of Dellas 5&10 both of which were started by her beloved Dad and Grandfather. She would spend many an evening alone with her Dad at the store and office after hours. These were some of her fondest memories! Kim graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School in 1982 then went on to attend Atlantic City Community College where she received her Associates Degree. She excelled in sports at both schools and was an exceptional softball player. In 1986 she began to work full-time in her parents Real Estate office while at the same time owning and operating a cleaning business and working mid-nights at a convenience store. Kim never had children but has three Yorkies who she considers her babies. She has, from the beginning, embraced her family's philosophy of being kind, generous, and respectful of others.
