Business Description

Overweight from birth, I was always drawn to certain cultural icons that were fit and muscular--Schwarzenegger, Stallone, Hulk Hogan and He-Man. I always had a burning desire to be fit and healthy... some day, but didn't really think it was possible. After college I was in the worst shape of my life, and decided it was either time to change. I delved heavily into health and fitness literature, and after my crash course education, I began my bodybuilding journey in September 2003. I saw rapid results with my physique because of my intense dedication, coupled with a logical analysis of what it took to alter body composition. Friends and family asked for help with their own quests, thus leading me to become a certified personal trainer in 2004.
