Business Description

Coach Elliot was a triathlete when he was introduced to CrossFit in 2004, through his work in law enforcement. He started with the Main site WODs at his garage gym, and then continued doing the Main site workouts at LA Fitness for several years, until he joined an affiliate in 2012. His extensive experience in CrossFit, as well as his experience with teaching in his professional life, have proven to be an excellent combination that serves him well in coaching athletes.
