Business Description

We have been in the fitness business since 1998. I am a retired educator of 38 years where I taught and was a principal at the elementary, middle and hugh school level. Once I retired, I felt I needed something to stay active, so became certified in Yoga, Pilates and Group Exercise. My daughter, wife and I opened our facility in 2010 to give Kalama citizens a close location to get fit at a competitive price.
