Business Description

As I made a career change to spend more time with my then very young children, I realized they were experiencing dreadfully little science exploration in their classrooms. As a Masters-degreed science educator, I believed this needed to change. While spending time nurturing my own children's love of science, I felt a desire to share this same experience with other children. Exploring a way to do this, I found Club Scientific, where "science was never this much fun". I am proud to bring these hands-on, inquiry-based science opportunities to Baltimore and Howard Counties. In our day camps and after-school enrichment programs, children encounter science by doing. As our country makes greater and greater commitments to furthering science and math education in our schools, I am committed to offering our youngest students experiences that will lay the groundwork for future success in science.
