The ranch was built board by board by the owner's grandfather, Larry Armstrong, and created by his grandmother, Grace Armstrong.

The current camp director, Charm, has been involved with the program since 1999 and has been the director since 2003. She is a third-generation owner/director and holds a BA in Early Childhood Development with minors in tennis, dance, and horse mastership. Charm is a Certified Rifle Instructor, Certified Archery Instructor, and heads up the American Camp Association's Accreditation Team. Her dedication and passion for providing a safe and fun environment for campers is evident in everything she does.
