I am a former professional baseball player. In 1980 I became a golf professional. Following seven years as an Assistant Professional I found, as do so many amateur golfers, navigating through confusing and contradictory golf instruction frustrating, I was lucky to be introduced to the approaches of world-famous teachers, Jimmy Ballard and Ernest Jones. Their teachings greatly simplified the swing.
