Founded in 1991 by Tom Owens, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Cara has placed over 6,500 individuals into more than 10,000 quality jobs since its inception. The organization's mission is to unlock the power and purpose within our communities and ourselves to create real and lasting success.

Cara's suite of bootcamps and businesses are designed to uplift people and communities through the power of employment.
