Thanks for visiting Buttonwood Farm Living on Yelp! My name is Nathalie and I'm a health and fitness enthusiast! I'm certified yoga teacher and Integrative Health Coach. I opened up the studio in April 2017. Yoga changed my life and I'm very fortunate to help others now with their practice. I like to customize class based on the people in the studio. If you want to building strength and flexibility focus on the mind-body balance or work on a specific area or injury, I'll adapt accordingling. I look forward to meeting you on the mat!
