Vince is the Founder and Creative Conductor of Butera the Florist in York, Pa.,

Vince is past chairman of Professional Floral Communicators- International Board of Trustees. He presents programs for industry and consumer audiences including the Philadelphia International Flower Show , PA Farm Show , PA Garden Show and numerous Federated Garden Clubs in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

His hands-on workshops teach design trends and techniques, directing florists to think innovatively for design inspiration. His consumer programs focus on"edutainment," highlighting the value of professional florists while showcasing floral trends and products in a fast paced, fun atmosphere.

Vince earned a bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa.
