Business Description

Katrina first began practicing yoga in an effort provide a balance to her weight training and running regimen. She took her first class in Charlottesville, Virginia and has since obtained her RYT-200 from the Breathing Space in Blacksburg, Virginia and completed her RYT-500 training at Yoga on High, in Columbus, Ohio. She is currently pursuing an advanced certificate in Yoga Therapeutics from Yoga on High. Katrina brought yoga teacher training to Huntington in 2009 through Anna Pittman and the Breathing Space, and is the Director and Lead Trainer for the Brown Dog Yoga RYT-200 hour Teacher Training Program. Katrina welcomes all levels of yoga practitioner to her classes and is excited to share her passion in the unique and historic environment at Heritage Station. Katrina's goal with her yoga instruction is to help busy individuals find inner peace and balance--to be less about human "having" and human "doing," and more about human being.
