Business Description

Anne took her first yoga class with the intention of limbering up due to inflexibility garnered from weight training. She literally could not sit cross legged on the floor! Soon, she began to appreciate the added benefits of decreased pain and an overall increased sense of well being. With a 20 year background in nursing behind her, she quickly became convinced of the proactive benefits of a regular yoga practice in promoting health and wellness in both herself and others. After a brief time spent working in sales, it was time to make a change. With the full support of her family, Anne set about looking for the perfect place to host a dedicated yoga space in Meadville. She completed an intensive 200 hour teacher training program in June of 2013 from Peaceful Valley Ashram, in Sligo, PA.
