Business Description

Kiki is an Indigenous, Queer womxn (she/her/hers) from Thunderchild First Nations in Saskatchewan, Canada. She is half-Mohawk and half-Cree, an event producer, a photographer, musician, MUA, stylist, and more. Kiki has many passion project and Brainwash Thrift is her first brick-and-mortar business that allows her to combine all her creative endeavors under one roof. She got her start in business as an event manager in the SF Bay Area, and after 10 years in the Bay she moved to Humboldt in 2019 to plant roots and build around the community she's come to love and feel welcomed within. She believes in leading by example, serving our community & further building community within this intersectional existence of Queerness, Black/Indigenous/Peoples of Color, Gender, Beliefs, Values, etc. Her goal within this business is to build individual strength for every person through radical self-love, self-appreciation, self-exploration, and meaningful self-expression in every form that may come in.
