Business Description

Jess has served in the us army as a military police officer in Ft Carson Colorado and Germany. When he returned from the military he pursued a law enforcement career along with a passion for fitness. He worked in local fitness gyms as a trainer /aerobic inst helping people where ever he went. Jess stayed with law-enforcement from 1979 till 1992, at this time he wanted to put more time and effort towards fitness.

In 2002 Jess started his boot camp in a small shed. He has touched the lives of 1000s with his idea of making personal training affordable and a unique military type style. His message is clear , Improvise, adapt , overcome. Faith can move mountains... we all need to move our own Mountains in life.
