Business Description

I started my career with an internship with seasoned personal trainer Tom Bowthorpe at Snap Fitness the year of 2009. After I had received my Certified Personal Trainer Certificate, I had been offered a position as personal trainer at Snap Fitness' Placerville and Shingle Springs locations. I had later done a short mentor-ship with  Master Trainer Michael Petrow who had introduced me to Corrective Exercise, functional anatomy, and much more, as well as how to apply it to my clientele. Shortly after the mentor-ship I had studied to attain my Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist and Physique & Figure Training Specialist certificates. These specialties have given me the competence of how to give my clients the regiments they need in order to achieve any functional or cosmetic goals. I have found working individuals who have chronic pains from either injury, surgery, daily dysfunction, desire weight loss or muscular gain for cosmetic reasons to be rewarding.
