I am a 44 year old mother of three. My love for exercise began at the age 14 when the one piece silver metallic spandex leotard was the newest craze in the fashion of fitness and everyone was doing the Jane Fonda work outs! I received my associate's degree with high honors from OCCC and became a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). I immediately began my career as a PTA at ORMC out-patient rehab. It was here that I discovered my passion for helping and teaching people to overcome physical challenges they thought they could never do or do again.

After having my children, I personally struggled with post pregnancy weight loss; overcoming this struggle combined with my passion for fitness is what inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. I wanted to help others begin or continue their journey to a happy healthier life style.
