Business Description
Paula began her exploration of yoga and meditation in 1997. In 2000, Paula began teaching yoga at the fitness center where she taught fitness and spinning classes. Over time, her love of yoga encouraged her to explore her personal yoga practice and professional training more deeply. In 2007, Paula made the leap to teach yoga full-time and has never looked back.
Over the years, Paula has been fortunate to study and train extensively with internationally recognized teachers including: Desiree Rumbaugh, Amy Ippoliti, Christy Burnette and Anusara Yoga founder John Friend as well as other acclaimed teachers. Paula is eternally grateful for their guidance, wisdom and inspiration. Paula continues to study with internationally recognized teachers, local teachers and she learns from each person that she meets; especially her students.
