Angelena has been transforming lives since 2009 through therapy and encouraging you to "do what you love" as she believes we all function best in a resource state, which can be accessed through fun, joy, & laughter. She works to create this state for you during therapy so that you can be in the most supported possible place within yourself for your (sometimes scary & hard) self-exploration. She saw this happening more easily & naturally in an outdoor setting and believed in the need to expand access to nature to anyone. She continues to work as a therapist while Black Hills Rec Therapy's trained local guides embark on private journeys and lead community events and classes. She loves her dog, her work, & her life and is honored to work with you and provide unique, fun outdoor opportunities to bring people together and celebrate life.
