Calvin Daniels, AKA DJ Black Gold got his start in 2016. An avid lover of music, he'd find himself putting together playlists for different occasions. There is literally music for every occasion. Whether it would be a hype playlist for working out at the gym, random party mixes for friends and family, or a slow jams mix to set the mood, that was his passion. After in depth conversation with a local DJl about the art of mixing and crowd control, he was hooked.The idea of creating as atmosphere of joy based on playing the right song, at the right time. He began an apprenticeship. During this time, he learned the importance of mixing, how to read the crowd, and so much more.
