Business Description

After teaching middle/high school for 31 years, completing a doctorate, and with plans to teach college after retirement, Covid derailed my original plans.

With encouragement from friends (who I cooked for often) to sell my desserts, I decided to alter my path and start my own bakery business.

The rest is history. I had to learn a great deal about running my own small business, but family have pitched in to help and we continue to grow beyond our expectations!
