I only sell my bagels and schmear on posted bagel sale days so the hours of the store listed may be inaccurate so I apologize. It is always best to text me 917-912-5308 to place an order - let me know when you need your Bagels and schmear - allow me at least 48 hour notice - and I will make it happen!
I use the highest protein flour, liquid malt, and filtered water. They aren’t machine made or bought at a store. I hand-roll each one, seed them in a mix, boil them on each side, and then bake them! Thus, no two bagels look alike!
