Alonzo began this journey towards healthy living on September 1, 2011, weighing in at 372 lbs. His first challenge? Lose 100 lbs! After much discipline and perseverance, he saw himself go through tremendous physical changes. Now sculpted and redefined, his body had become the temple that it was always created to be. Alonzo's own incredible results, coupled with his natural affinity for helping people, prompted him to create an opportunity for others to experience the lasting benefits of living healthy and fit. He quickly obtained his Personal Training Certification and combined that skill set with the unorthodox body weight training that he used in his own transformation. This collaboration of fundamental knowledge and unconventional training created what we now know as BEASTMODE!
