Business Description

Megan Eckenrode, owner and founder of Athena Mobility & Strength is a native of Carlisle Pennsylvania. She began her career dividing her time as a collegiate field hockey/women's lacrosse coach and personal trainer.

In 2014 Megan opened Athena Warrior Fitness (changed to Athena Mobility & Strength in 2019) and immersed herself in the art of teaching movement. She earned certifications as a Medical and Corrective Exercise Specialist and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She loves teaching her clients and enjoys guiding them on their journey toward better long term health management through movement.

Megan spends her time away from Athena staying active playing field hockey, running, and paddle-boarding. Mainly she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Ian and two dogs, Onyx and Rayne.
