Business Description
In 1996 I went to the library to find a book on meditation. I wanted to reduce stress. I practiced breathing and yoga postures outside that summer, while the wind ruffled the pages I held in my hand. I was living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, while working and studying to earn my masters degree at the time. Even with that full plate the practices reduced stress and pain!
I now teach the mindful practices that have helped me lead a happy, fulfilling life while managing chronic pain and multiple chronic medical conditions. In addition to the health benefits, these tools help me prioritize to-do lists, cope with sensations, sleep well, and maintain a positive outlook on life!
I earned degrees in Psychology and Counseling, then got certified as a Kripalu Yoga instructor. I have trained in trauma-aware yoga, fertility yoga, and yoga for birth. I currently study sound meditation at The Chopra Center. My classes and coaching foster personal growth and intuitive healing on all levels.
