has loved to dance since the moment she first put on her ballet slippers. At age six she started her training with Karen Fitzgerald. It wasn't too many years later that she began taking classes in all dance styles for several hours a day.
When she was 14, Amy attended the renowned New York State Summer School of the Arts Program inSaratoga,NY, where she studied with such well-known New York City Ballet dancers as Peter Martins, Heather Watts and Sean Lavery. Her classical training was continued at prominent summer programs including Joffrey Ballet, Boston Ballet and Hartford Ballet.
Amy offers her students expert technical training that is unmatched and, possibly even more importantly, she helps them develop her same dedication and love for the art.
During the more than twenty years she has been a teacher, her students have pursued dance at some of the best colleges in the country, including Butler College, Mercyhurst College, University of Utah, Indiana University, Point Park Colle
