Business Description

My name is Susan Krause and I started Aloha Yoga 10 years ago to innovate Beach Yoga on the Outer Banks. Aloha Yoga promotes a way of life, immersion and joy in moment to moment living.The aloha spirit is easily found in the surf/skateboard culture I've dedicated my life to. Sharing the stoke of enjoying these activities is the foundation of Aloha Yoga. I am excited to bring a playful approach to groups such as wedding parties, family retreats, corporate events and more. Partner postures, fun and connection to nature create an unforgettable experience. With 15 years dedicated to the deeply traditional practice of Ashtanga, and as a former gymnast, I enjoy providing a safe space with sound advice for students.
