Pam graduated from Merrillville High School in Merrillville, Indiana in 1971. She graduated from Augusta Beauty College in 1979 and opened her salon in 1982. She currently sits on the board of T. Harry Garrett Elementary Advisory Council, National Hills Elementary School Council, Secretary/Treasurer for West Augusta Baseball, and recently retired from Richmond County Board of Educations's Citizen's Oversight Committee after 11 years. She is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Augusta and worked on the MCG/CMC Telethon committee for 15 years. She has returned to be a part of that committee after 7 years off to serve West Augusta
