Business Description

Many years ago, Keith discovered kickboxing and fell in love with this form of fitness; a full body workout. Now, an avid kickboxer for many years, Keith "The Tank" has enjoyed the workouts, learning the intricate techniques of hitting and kicking, and the overall physical training obtained from kickboxing.

During his time in Fargo, North Dakota, his wife, "LeftHook" Lori ran across a new fitness concept called 9Round. Soon afterwards, Keith and Lori became members 25 & 26 respectively. They both fell in love with the concept and had talked about one day opening their own 9Round in Washington State. Shortly after leaving his position in Fargo and moving back to Bonney Lake, WA, Keith & Lori decided to adventure into their own 9Round.

Sept. 1st 2017 the doors of 9Round - Bonney Lake opened. While he loves 9Round and the workouts, his favorite spot in the club is round 8, the speed bag, and wants to make sure all members understand how to hit the bag to maximize its benefits.
