Business Description

Joby grew up in Augusta County and graduated from Fort Defiance High School in 2004. Joby was a finalist in the VHSL Wrestling State Championships before receiving a scholarship to compete for Limestone College in South Carolina. During his career there he became a NCAA D II All-American and graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors degrees in both biology and chemistry. Joby was first certified in CrossFit in 2009 and later received his certificate as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Joby began his experience as a personal trainer following his senior year of college and soon after as a NCAA Division II wrestling coach where he gained the experience of programming and managing large group strength and conditioning sessions. Joby moved back to the Valley in May of 2014 to get closer to family and to share a strong passion for health and fitness with the area.
