Business Description

Cher began weight training in May of 2004. She was forced to obtain a gym membership with her husband because of their mediocre eating habits and extreme weight gains. She hesitated at first, but after feeling better and seeing quick results, fitness training became an addiction and a necessity for her demanding lifestyle. She also learned creative ways to prepare quick, healthy meals.

In 2006 Cher competed in her first fitness competition which was The Ultimate Fitness Challenge Event in Chantilly, VA. Cher grew extremely passionate about health, fitness and well-being.

Later that year of 2006 Cher became a Certified Personal Trainer and founded 3 F- Fitness LLC

in 2011 Cher took overall win and became a Maryland State Figure Champion and National Level Competitor.

Cher is also a fitness model and has been published in fitness magazines.

She continues to encourage others to look and feel their best by practicing a healthier lifestyle.
