I started in the Cosmetology Industry in 2000, first as a salon owner handling the "business" part of the business. The early years were very intense with a steep learning curve in the running of a with several expansions successful business. Our business grew rapidly with several expansions, until in 2007 I decided to expand my interest in the industry into the nails & skin arena. I started working as a full specialist in 2008, while continuing my advanced studies in the skin & nails disciplines. I found my passion in helping diabetic, geriatric & immune-depressed clients with their foot, nails & skin problems. After closing our Day Spa in 2010, I search for 6 month to find just the right venue to advance my knowledge, training & clientele. I started at a Med-Spa with a focus on nail & foot care in 2011, continuing my studies with a focus on obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Podology. I completed that goal in February 2014, and decided it was time to take the next step. 20 Nails!
