Business Description

Kripalu certified, in residence 2001. Took advantage of time spent working abroad in Singapore and Japan to explore classical yoga and meditation back in the 1990's. Was disappointed that the meat of the practice was "lost in translation" after taking some health club classes and decided to become a certified teacher in a style closely resembling the way yoga/ meditation were practiced in Asia.
