Business Description
Michelle began teaching aerobics/personal training in 1990, and each year she added a bit more training and excitement to her fitness routine. After years of high impact sports Michelle decided to give her body a rest from the pounding. She tried Pilates and fell in love with the practice. She began studying Pilates with Mary J Brown and the Core Center of St. Louis, with more than 800 hours of training in Classical Pilates. Michelle is a nationally certified instructor through the Pilates Method Alliance.
Michelle is also a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and continues to further her practice in Thai Body Healing.
Michelle knew that she works to make classes fun and accessible to all sorts of people who may think Pilates is not for them (hard core sweaters and those who have never worked out). So come give Pilates a try with Michelle! Located in the Heart of New Town!
